Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery destination and the origin of your order. The exact shipping fee will be determined during checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your Drape pieces arrive safely and on time. You'll receive tracking information with your confirmation.

Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unworn, with original tags and packaging still intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund accordingly.

Please note: Items that have been worn, damaged, or returned without original tags and packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges are welcomed.

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we're happy to help. Please submit an exchange request using the form below.
